My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered. I approach therapy with warmth, compassion, and collaboration, working alongside clients to identify meaningful goals and develop strategies that support long-term growth. I am committed to creating a safe and affirming space for clients of all identities and life experiences.

I am a masters level clinician and a doctoral student pursuing my PsyD in Clinical Psychology at William James College in Newton, MA, after earning my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bucknell University. My training and work experience have included providing therapy to middle school-aged children, teenagers, young adults, and adults in a variety of settings such as schools, college counseling centers, private practices, and residential programs.

I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, stress management, and OCD. My clinical interests include working with emerging adults, people navigating life transitions, and individuals with personality disorders. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from CBT, DBT, psychodynamic theory, mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy.
