She/her
Mindy Duggan received her Master's degree in Social Work from Boston University after completing her Bachelor's degree in Child Study and Human Development (with a concentration in Developmental Diversity and Deaf Studies) from Tufts University. She has extensive experience working in various settings, including schools, therapeutic residential programs, day programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and outpatient mental health clinics.
Mindy now provides therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism, relationship challenges, difficult family dynamics, and life transitions. Her approach is warm, strengths-based, neuro-affirming, and culturally responsive. She draws from modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, play therapy, and narrative therapy.
Mindy believes passionately that clients of all identities and backgrounds deserve a welcoming space to tell their stories and be fully heard. In her sessions, clients can expect to work collaboratively to build coping strategies, process complex emotions, and explore gentle challenges to move toward healing and acceptance.
Whether you are a high school student approaching the transition to college, a parent looking for support for yourself or your child, or someone looking for a nonjudgmental space to explore past or present challenges, Mindy is ready to meet you where you are and work with you to find the growth you are seeking.
