Madison Mullin, MA

MA, Doctoral Student Intern

she/her

Madison is a doctoral-level intern at Brookline Adult and Child Counseling Center. She believes therapy should be a collaborative process and a space where clients feel genuinely understood and supported. Her approach is warm and grounded in curiosity about each client’s unique experiences, relationships, and goals. She believes meaningful change often comes from developing a deeper understanding of ourselves while building practical skills that can help navigate challenges in the present.

Madison approaches therapy from a relational standpoint while incorporating tools from CBT, DBT, and other modalities depending on each client’s individual goals. She works with clients experiencing mental health struggles, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and the effects of difficult or traumatic experiences. She has specific experience working with clients with PTSD, borderline personality disorder, anxiety disorders, and depressive disorders, as well as survivors of domestic and sexual violence.

Outside of her clinical work, Madison is a huge bookworm and can usually be found reading a thriller, baking, needlepointing, or spending time with her cat, Ollie.
