Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We will try to do the same for you. Please understand that when we schedule an appointment we set aside that time only for you. If you do not attend we cannot bill your insurance company and therefore do not get paid. With enough notice we may be able to see another patient at that time. Please be aware that cancellations made in less than 24 hours will be charged the full fee for the appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
