We are currently in-network with Aetna, BCBS, Harvard Pilgrim & UnitedHealthcare. If your plan is with one of these carriers, your sessions may be billed directly through insurance.

If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, you may still be able to use your out-of-network benefits. Many clients receive partial reimbursement by submitting a superbill (an itemized receipt we provide) to their insurance company.

To check your out-of-network coverage, call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask:

• Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health therapy?

• What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?

• Is there an out-of-network deductible, and how much of it has been met?

• How do I submit superbills for reimbursement?

Many of our clinicians also offer a sliding scale fee structure, reducing the standard session rate by up to 35-40% based on financial need. Sliding scale availability varies by therapist and may have limited openings. Please inquire directly if you are interested in this option.
